Obama convention
So we are trying to get tickets to go see Barak Obama give his acceptance speech in Denver next month. I think that would be so exciting. But I am taken back by the cost of flying just 600 miles. All the airlines want almost $500 to fly us there. Also finding a hotel in Denver is very hard. Even the super 8 wants $200/night. We did find the Motel 6 for a good price. But I am kinda scared to stay there, but ALL the good hotels are sold out or want BIG bucks. So we reserved the motel 6(100% refundable), in case we don't find any better place to stay. Now we just have to wait for the convention tickets to become available. This will be a great experience.

oh how fun you guys are going...it should be a great experience...how crazy how super 8 charges $200/night, they're usually cheap...there are some motel 6's that are pretty decent hopefully the one you guys stay at is...just bring fabreeze or disinfectant sprays just in case...we've stayed at decent motel 6's before...
